A Modern Home In the Heart of the Cathedral City of Canterbury
Whether you are a familiar face or new to our city, a warm welcome awaits you at the New Inn.
With the entire house at your disposal, you can chill out in the stylish loft space, enjoy the cathedral views, entertain in the garden kitchen, relax in the beautifully appointed bedrooms; or you can join us in the bar of of one of Canterbury’s most cherished and celebrated city pubs.
The house was extensively renovated and redecorated in 2022 and has recently opened its doors to guests. So whether you are passing through or taking an extended stay, we can offer comfort, convenience and a great ambience.
After many years as landlady of the New Inn, it’s been a dream of mine to open the house up properly to guests; we look forward to your stay!

Just spent two nights at Katrina’s flat, which is very well placed for a visit to Canterbury. The pub downstairs is a little gem, just wished we had longer to appreciate it. We were visiting for our son’s graduation and it was so lovely to come back to what felt like a home from home afterwards.
Communication beforehand was very good and we had no problems during our stay. The flat is exceptionally well equipped and had all we expected and more. Highly recommended!
