 opening up again!

I am thrilled to announce that we will be opening up the garden on april 12th for all our lovely customers. opening hours will be  monday to thursday 12pm – 3.00pm, and 5pm – 10pm , and friday, saturday, and sunday 12pm – 10pm . you may come through the pub, or enter via the garden, but seating will only be allowed outside for the time being. we may extend the opening hours as the weather improves. we are so looking forward to opening our doors again and seeing everyone!

kent brewery: amarillo 4.5%

A distinct aroma and flavour of orange, lemon and grapefruit. No.14 in our single hop series

 

 

surrey hills: shere drop 4.2%

The flagship beer is pale in colour with a subtle hint of grapefruit and lemon in the aroma. The wonderful hop bitterness is complemented by a balanced malt flavour. The beer has a long finish, which is moderately dry.

moor: pma 5.3%

Pale Modern Ale for those with a Positive Mental Attitude. This is a hoppy pale ale for the modern age. Mango in colour, PMA has an intense yet highly drinkable and balanced flavour, representing the best hops from around the world and a complex mix of technically kilns British malts.

kent brewery: cobnut (4.1%)

Generously hopped. Dark and nutty, with no nuts involved!

oakham: bishops farewell 4.6%

A golden, premium beer with a smooth, malty background, rich and fruity hop flavours and a refreshing finish. First brewed in 1996 in honour of William John “Bishop Bill” Westwood on his retirement as Bishop of Peterborough.

gadds: no.5 (4.4%)

A traditional Kentish Best bitter – the aroma is toffee malt and fresh green hops, the flavour is malt, hops and red berries with a fully body and lingering bitter finish.

westerham: bohemian rhapsody (Keg) (5%)

Straw yellow lager (that means lagered or matured for 4 weeks) hopped with Czech grown Saaz or Zatec noble hops with a distinctive hop aroma and bitterness usually found in Bohemian pilsners.

Oakham: Citra 4.2%

Light gold in colour, bursting with citrus and tropical hop flavours and sensationally refreshing. The original UK Citra.

Musket Ball Puller 4.2%

The epitome of a premier Kentish Bitter. Admire its captivating colour, before the aroma of finest hops entices you to savour the smoothness and lingering aftertaste, leaving you wanting more of this most excellent beer!

Musket Fife and Drum: (3.8%)

A Golden Ale which produces tantalising tastes and aromas of spice, honey, marmalade, floral and the merest hint of wild blackcurrant

Kent: Prohibition 4.8%

A citrusy, pale ale highly hopped with some of the latest US hop varieties

St Austell: Proper Job 4.5%

An award-winning modern IPA, packed full of citrus, pineapple and grapefruit resinous flavours with a fine crisp bitter finish.

Fyne Ales and Track Brewing Co. (collaboration): 4.2%

Introducing Running In Circles – our February Mini-Cask Club Discovery brew and our first MCC collaboration! We’ve teamed up with our friends in Manchester, Track Brewing Co to brew a 4.2% hazy pale ale

Oakham: JHB 3.8%
